We engaged SARC for a focused, quick piece of work on Local Assistance regarding organizing interviews for the Center for Promoting Imports in Developing Countries (CBI) with key stakeholders in grains, pulses, oilseeds, and Honey sectors in Uganda. The work had limited time and required significant liaison with CBI members and all stakeholders in Uganda. The interviews were virtual but despite the poor internet network in Uganda, the work was handled expertly. We acquired extensive knowledge of seed oil and honey in Uganda. The assignment was completed in time and our goal was achieved within a manageable budget
